Keepcove is the private photo gallery for events — the host of a wedding or party creates a gallery, and guests add their photos and videos by scanning one QR code. Quick answers below; a human at [email protected] for everything else.
“There's a KEEPCOVE.APP charge on my statement”
That charge means someone in your household took an event photo gallery live with us — a one-time £39 to open guest uploads (12 months online included), or the £14.99/year renewal that keeps a gallery online after its first year. Prices may have been shown in your local currency at checkout. Don't recognise it, or have any question about it? Email [email protected] with the date and amount and we'll sort it out quickly — that's always faster (and friendlier) than a bank dispute.
Manage or cancel your renewal
Open your gallery with your host link (the private
one ending in #admin=…), unlock the admin bar, and tap
“Manage billing” — that opens your secure Stripe
billing page where you can cancel the renewal, update your card, and
see your invoices. Cancelling never cuts your time short: the gallery
stays online until the end of the period you've paid for.
No host link to hand? Every billing email we send (receipts, renewal reminders) contains a manage subscription link that opens the same page.
Lost your links?
If you've lost your gallery's guest or host link, email [email protected] from the address you used when creating the gallery and we'll help you recover access.
Refunds
Changed your mind after going live, before any guest uploads arrived? Email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. The details live in our Terms of Service.
For guests
Guests never pay, never install an app, and never create an account — scan the QR code (or open the link) the host shared and add your photos from the page that opens. If uploads aren't open yet, the host simply hasn't taken the gallery live — nothing's wrong with your phone.
